Primary purpose of the position:
Responsible for software development and maintenance of all the applications.
Essential duties / responsibilities of the position:
Routine
Possessing knowledge of C#, ASP.net, MS.net, MVC and MS SQL applications
Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required
Assisting with systems integrations
Managing ticketed query system and ensuring resolutions is kept up to date
Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
Identifying and resolving technical issues
Managing coordination at a local level where required
Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issues resolution or escalation
Looking for someone who is proactive, self-driven and able to identify improvements as part of the BAU work to address recurring issues, close monitoring gaps, and automate/reduce manual work.
Responsibilities also include root cause analysis, management communication and client relationship management in partnership with Infrastructure Service Support team members
Ensures all production changes are made in accordance with life-cycle methodology and risk guidelines.
Responsible for coaching and mentoring less experienced team members and or acting as a subject matter expert.
In depth Functional knowledge of the application(s) supported and interdependencies
Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities POSITION REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
B.Sc, BCA, BE/B.Tech, M.Sc, MCA, ME/M
MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 3-5 years -of experience in a Software development firm.
Should have hands on experience on dot net, MVC and SQL Server
Should ready to work in shifts, 24*7 shift
KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge in C#, ASP.Net, MVC and SQL Server Strong fundamentals of .NET architecture with proficiency in OOPS programming. Familiar with Operating Systems (Windows 2008/2012), Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
SKILLS
Ability to troubleshoot in a large enterprise environment, Self-motivated, , Excellent communication skills for working effectively with other team members and user groups; Problem solving ability
Outstanding interpersonal skills, Logic oriented, Mature, Crisis and Conflict resolution
