1Role**Test Analyst
2Required Technical Skill Set**Endur experience with EOD, batch execution,VSTS
3 Desired Experience Range**7+ Years
4 Location of Requirement PAN India
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have**
(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)1.5+ years of Endur experience with EOD, batch execution is mandatory
2.VSTS for Test Management
3.7+ years experience as Test Lead/Manager (strong leadership capabilities with excellent stakeholder management)
4.Well versed with Test and QA process, Knowledge on Testing methodologies and relevant tools
Good-to-Have1. Experience on Endur automation is a plus
SNResponsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business/project goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
2Develop full-scale test strategies and plans for integration and output from multiple applications
3Good experience in Team management, Communication Skills, interpersonal skills, Risk mitigations and Planning
4Plan and schedule project timelines, milestones and deliverables with mitigation plans as necessary. Prepare and update progress reports, metrics dashboards using ALM/VSTS on regular basis
5Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
