Job Description
1. Establishment and implement a corporate relations strategy in line with the goals of Arpan.
2. Gain understanding of potential fund sources (HNIs, CSR and Foundations), identify potential organizations and establish an ongoing dialogue to partner with Arpan.
3. Build a network of individuals, foundations and corporates to build a pipeline of funding for the next 3 yrs.
4. Identify and bring in individuals who are interested to work in domains that specialise in Health, Environment, Education and Livelihood.
5. Work out terms and conditions that are agreeable for both parties (Arpan and Funders) Ensures a long term.
6. Ensuring signing of MOUs with corporates basis agreements arrived at.
7. Work with the board, internal stakeholders to build and maintain Arpan brand and goals.
8. Identify opportunities to bring corporates together to work on social issues.
9. Set goals and monitor the progress of the internal team. Provide feedback as and when required
10. Coach team members to help improve performance and capability
