Payroll Executive - Navi Mumbai @ RG HR

Hi,

We have urgent opening for the position of Payroll Executive - Navi Mumbai.

Organisation is into Staffing and Outsourcing.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing end to end payroll process
• Planning and execution of Monthly Payroll.
• Handling both Domestic & International Clients.
• Bonus & Increment calculations for different clients.
• Ensuring adherence to the checklist.
• On-board new Joinees and procedure of an employee.
• Collate and upload / run the monthly attendance to process the payroll cycle.
• Input / upload accurate employee data in the software to ensure statutory and other desired MIS reports are derived from the HRMS software (ONEX Software).
• Manage statutory matters, PF (PF Withdrawal), PT, Gratuity and E.S.I.C etc.
• Handling Employee Grievances.
• Full and Final Settlements Processing.
• Maintain Alliances with clients at different levels.
• Manage certain time bound processes and ensure validation of data to be accurate and truthful i.e. Investments declaration, Form 16s, Tax Returns
• Ensuring timelines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance
• Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll
• Calculation and deposit of monthly liability of TDS on salaries
• Preparation & Submission of Quarterly and Annual TDS returns
• Ensure Monthly payroll provisions to Finance
• Preparation and Processing of the Full and Final Employees in the HRIS
• Resolving payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
• Run quarterly, half-yearly and annual processes: new payroll calendar, annual closing, actuarial valuation and Benefits renewal, annual leave system closure and launch, etc.
