Investigate and resolve customer/client inquiries relating to issues in the software on daily basis.
Successfully understand client issues, conduct any necessary technical research (code review, database queries, traces, debug, etc)
Conduct application functionality testing to ensure that the systems work as expected.
Handle huge database of clients using MS SQL server 2008/2012/2014/2016 and feature patch deployment.
Diagnose and resolve technical software issues by checking with Tech-Lead and other members.
Provide an effective and efficient client response service.
Responsible to take timely backups and work closely with the production team.
Liaison between the testing /development /client leads for providing support in project deployment.
Responsible for analyzing technical and functional issues and then escalating/communicating appropriately with other internal teams.
Potential to provide technical assistance during new installations on-site.
Takes ownership and responsibility of cases while escalating whenever appropriate and follow up till closure of issues

Desired Profile of the Candidate:
Any B.Tech or BSC or BCA or MSC or MCA Graduate with 0-1 experience in a similar role with good written and oral communication skills can apply.
MS SQL Server.
Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Fast Learner with excellent analytical and problem solving skills required.
Selection process:Candidates will be shortlisted based on performance in aptitude test and communication skills
Candidates will be asked to develop a series of small programs using SQL
Candidate will be put on training and evaluation for a period of 1 months Candidates will be trained on our products, proprietary technical framework skills and evaluated towards end of the month. After successful completion of the training period, the job will be offered at the company.
Candidate will be on probation period of 6 months. Employment will be confirmed after probation period.
Salary range would be 2 lacs to 3 lacs per year for confirmed employees.
