Cabin Crew Responsibility's
The role of an air cabin crew member is to provide excellent customer service to passengers while ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the flight. . Air cabin crew strive to make the flying experience a pleasant one for the passengers and will serve refreshments and meals and sell gifts and duty-free items.
Ground Staff Responsibilitys
The job of ground staff is vast and varied. . Ground staff also refers to people who work in the airport terminal itself. Some ground staff is responsible for inspecting, storing and transporting luggage, while others stock the aircraft with food and beverage items that are distributed during flight.
Qualification Required
Ground Staff 10+2
Cabin Crew Graduations Competed
Air Ticketing 10+2/Graduations.
