influence performance marketing platform. During the first 2years, we have transformed the influencer marketing industry. We work with Top Global
brands and local brands in India: Dominos, Tata Consumer, Metro Cash&Carry, Marico
Group, Gourmet Garden, Dhani group, etc. We have more than 250 000 global influencers
(and approx 10 000 from India) signed up for the platform and launched a cash-back app.
Our goal for 2022 is to dominate influencers marketing in India and drive over 500 lakh CPA
(Cost-Per-Action) results.
Position Name: Digital marketing specialist, influencer talent manager
Required experience: 0-2 years
Full-time position, contract basis
Compensation:
Fix - INR 10 000
For achieving KPIs up to INR 10 000 (the payment split is below)
Objectives: Successful implementation of the projects, following the agreements with
the Customer in conjunction with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager
Tasks:
In coordination with a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, execute the project task and focus
on achieving the target numbers by:
Daily coordinating with social media influencers (active hunting, coordinating with the
registered influencers, suggesting influencers the right approach, ensuring
publications)
Negotiating with bloggers in text format only;
Analyze the influencers results on projects within our Platform
Daily report on the progress of the project
Requirements:
Good writing skills (English + local languages)
High level of communication skills
Self-discipline
Stress resistance
Desire to grow in digital space
Diligence
Preferred skills:
A basic understanding of social media marketing is welcome
Sales experience is most welcome :)
ompensation based on achieving KPIs:
40-60 first publications (from at least 10 different bloggers), 50 repeated posts
Rs 2500
60-80 first publications (from at least 15 different bloggers), 70 repeated posts
Rs 5000
80-100 first publications (from at least 20 different bloggers), 90 repeated posts
Rs 7500
100-120 first publications(from at least 25 different bloggers), 110 repeated posts
Rs 10000
Work conditions:
Free 10 days online training. In a week, we will teach you how to communicate with
bloggers competently, help you develop business communication and sales skills;
Remote work
Rapid professional and career growth;
Working with famous bloggers
- Mobile phone (smartphone) required
- You will need to stay in touch from 10 am to 8 pm to promptly resolve issues on the project
and inform the Digital Marketing Manager about the need to leave for more than 2 hours.
