Position: Technology Training Developer and Trainer (Leading MNC IT Captive)
Role:
- You will be responsible for designing, developing, managing, organizing and conducting technical workshops, and evaluation of workshop effectiveness
- Responsible for development and delivery of training materials on company products,
processes and technologies so as to ensure that team members develop, maintain, and
increase their own technical and/or process knowledge
- Provides orientation and training on new course material (including delivering certain
trainings)
- Curate the content on an on-going basis to maintain the offer relevant and fresh
- Analyzes course evaluations in order to judge effectiveness of training sessions and to
implement suggestions for improvements.
- Interpret data to judge progress and cost-effectiveness
- Evaluate external learning provider's offers
Requirements:
- Degree at university level, preferable in technical/educational related area
- Train The Trainer certification is a plus
- Proven experience as a Tech expert (4-6 yrs) willing to learn training skills
or proven work experience as a Technology Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or
similar role
- Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate,
monitor and evaluate) willing to learn tech skills
- Technical Skills
- Besides proficiency with Microsoft Office well-versed on the various learning
management system (LMS) software available.
