Job Description:- Create, implement, and own all aspects of the sales pipeline by effectively managing lead prioritization and metrics against sales quotas. Develop, present, and deliver demonstrations of the Co. products to prospects and current clients, and partners Leverage existing network and relationships with a consultant to continually develop qualified leads in given zone Handling activities related to Sales of PSIM(Physical Security Identity Management) Like Access Control, Time Attendance, and Video Management Platform. Attend access industry and networking events to stay apprised of opportunities and trends and to connect with decision-makers Manage All the stakeholders simultaneously which would be LV/MEP/Security Consultants, Distributors, System Integrators, End Client.
Technical Qualification:- BE/BTech/BSc in Electronics is a must. 65% is mandatory
Management Qualification MBA in sales and marketing will be added advantage. Knowledge of the local area is mandatory
Should be from the same industry
Experience:5-8 Years of experience
Salary- 5 LAC TO 9 LAC
Salary Budget:- 6 Lacs(Fixed)+Variable (Max)
