Roles and Responsibilities -
Providing support in day-to-day HR Operations such as onboarding, offboarding, application for work passes, annual performance appraisal and training plans.
- Administration of attendance data.
- Administration of incident records, medical insurance and work injury claims.
- Source and work with training providers to conduct courses both internally and externally.
- Resolve Workplace Conflicts, staff grievance, disciplinary issue and termination.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager, HR Manager or similar role
- Good knowledge of labor law
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
- Experience designing compensation and benefits packages
- Ability to develop clear and fair company policies
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
- Team management skills
