Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for a person with passion and motivated to work in Program Management function who will own and drive complex cross-functional initiatives to successful completion. This individual will work with engineering, product management, experience designers, localization, documentation, legal, sales, consulting, partners and other closely aligned teams to create, own, execute and monitor against project plans that align to our strategic objectives and product roadmaps. Successful candidates will excel in driving clarity and focused execution as they navigate a complex, fast-paced and motivating environment.
The challenge
- Ability to drive projects in Agile Scrum as a Scrum Master and Project Manager.
- Manage releases through Change Management process.
- Be the interface between team and external stakeholders (product marketing, experience design, documentation, technical operations, legal, branding, customer support, field enablement etc.) and coordinate all legal, security, privacy clearances.
- Lead sprint planning, run day to day scrum, maintain backlog.
- Requires excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Serve as single point contact for all owned projects and initiatives
- Work with partners to create and execute against project plans
- Clarify and confirm roles and responsibilities on projects, and drive accountability and transparency in execution
- Establish communication plans and report regularly on project status and progress to key stakeholders and management
- Manage change and risk to project scope and schedule
- Contribute to operational best practices by formalizing and/or improving processes and standards
What you need to succeed
- 7+ years of experience.
- Experience in Project Management and in Agile methodology.
- Experience working with Jira.
- Experience working with web projects will be an advantage
- Demonstrated success by delivering projects/programs on scope, schedule, cost and quality.
- Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people at all levels and from various disciplines
- Strong problem solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
- Reasonable technical background with an understanding of product development, engineering principles and practices.
- Basic analytical skills, including the ability to perform light data analysis
Skills:
- 7+ years of experience.
- Experience in Project Management and in Agile methodology.
- Experience working with Jira.
- Experience working with web projects will be an advantage
