we Have Urgent Requirement For Mechanical Draftsman - Static

Role /
Job Description :
Activities in general shall include:
1. Preparation of mechanical datasheet for static equipments.
2.Preparing General Arrangement & Fabrication Detail drawing for Horizontal & Vertical Vessels, Nozzle & Manhole Detail, equipment with agitators and limpet coils etc.
3.drawing preparation of Shell and Tube Exchangers as per TEMA types, preparing Tube Sheet Layout, tube bundle detail drawings
4. Preparing drawing as per ASME code with Bill of Material and GAD of Column, Nozzle & Manhole Detail, Internal Detail(Tray or Packing ring support), Demister detail etc
5. Preparation of Drawing as per API 650 code with Bill of Material of Storage Tank with GAD, Nozzle & Manhole Detail, Plate Layout(Shell, Roof, Bottom), Internal Coil Arrangement Detail, Stairway & ladder Detail, Roof structure Detail. Experience in Floating Roof tank drafting will be added advantage.
6. Shell Plate & Cone Plate Layout Development, Platform & ladder Detail.
7. Preparation of Bill of Material.
8. Also shall have experience in review of Nozzle Orientation and equipment fabrication drawings.
9. Should be able to use Project Standard Drawings / Specifications for preparation of drawings and review of vendor details.
Skills :
Mechanical Draftsman with 7-10 years of experience of preparing General Arrangement & Fabrication Detail drawing for Pressure Vessels, Columns, Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers, Storage Tanks and other Static equipment .
Domain :Plant Engineering - D-Mechanical
Educational Qualification :B.E/B.Tech,Diploma
Experience : 7-10 Years
Location:-VADODARA
