Your new role challenging and future-oriented

Project Manager for Industrial Steam Turbine S category projects.

Manage assigned projects to budget, quality and schedule.

Ensure efficient risk and contracts/ claim management throughout the project to minimize/ mitigate the risk exposure of the project.

Ensure Project controlling and budgeting to meet the yearly KPI targets like Revenue, Margin etc.

Liaison with various departments (Engineering, Supply chain, Factory etc.) for ensuring timely delivery of projects within the stipulated costs

Effective site management to ensure timely installation and commissioning of steam turbines.

Leads the development and negotiation of project variations orders.

Perform Project Management in accordance with **@Si****s

Driving zero harm culture across project sites.

Ensure regular communication and project status reporting to management.

Effectively Manage External stake holders and Internal stakeholders

We don t need superheroes, just super minds

8-13 years of Professional Project Management experience of handling external projects.

Have experience in handling industrial customers.

In depth Knowhow of PM@ Siemens will be an advantage

Technical knowledge of Turbine Generator EPC package will be an added advantage

Able to handle fair bit of travel (20-30 %) to various customer and site locations.

Quick Decision-making ability

Ability to handle difficult situations and manage escalations

Ability to interact with people from different cultural and demographical backgrounds in different time zones.
