Urgent Opening for Immediate Joiner.

Designation : Business Analysts

Experience : 4 - 6 years

Location : Chennai (work from Office)

Notice period : Immediate / 15 days (serving NP)

Required Experience in:

1. Gather functional requirements from clients, manage functional scope and dependencies.

2. Design customer solutions based on requirements provided

3. Write & produce detailed functional specifications for teams (Business Requirement

Specification (BRS), System Requirement Specification (SRS))

4. Walk through the requirements to Development and testing teams. Ensure development and

testing teams have understood the requirements.

5. Review working demos to identify any functional gaps.

6. Write Functional Test plan

7. Lead the functional testing and ensure successful release of the product.

8. Experience in working complex development projects

9. Handle user queries regarding system functionality

10. Provide input for project schedules, risks, scope and budget

11. Prepare, lead and facilitate customer workshops/presentations

12. Supporting agile development teams

Other required skills:

1. Highly developed social competence

2. Excellent communication skills
