Responsibilities
1. Recruiting and managing a team of financial advisors/Agents.
2. Manage complete life cycle of the Agents/advisors e.g.
Training the partners about the platform for servicing their customers in most efficient and effective manner, driving partners for higher wallet share with us. Focus on Renewals and ensuring is not diluted.
3. Understand and align with the company policies.
4. Maintain the highest level of business hygiene.
Requirements
1. Maturity to handle, recruit IFAs and motivate the team.
2. Should be able to take responsibility for monthly numbers and deliver the same.
3. Strong Communication skills, verbal and written.
4. Should be aware of the market developments.
5. NISM Qualification is mandatory.
