Educational qualification: Ph.D (Bioinformatics/ Chemoinformatics)

Experience: 2-3 years of industry experience in Bio/Chemo informatics department in drug discovery work.

Key Responsibilites:

• Accountable for generated models/compounds for the given protein targets within agreed formats & timescales. Able to justify the same.
• Possess experience in most Comp.Chem methodologies (structure- and ligand-based approaches & virtual screening).
• Able to run Molecular dynamics simulations.
• Publish scientific articles in reputed scientific journals.
• Able to explain causal relationship between Gene Vs Diseases by basic bioinformatics analysis like differential gene expression analysis, Pathway analysis.
• Active participation in departmental seminars
• Scientific adviser for developing AI platform for compound generation and Target identification.
• Responsible for optimal utilization of resources in his organization through monitoring, measuring and reporting on scientific issues, opportunities and developmental plans and achievements.
• Support business developmental activities to attract, acquire and retain customers.
• Good knowledge of Bio/Chemo informatics and sufficient knowledge of biology and biophysics.
