Job Description

Position: Senior ETL Architect
Education: BE / BTech / MCA
Experience: 6 to 10 yrs
Location: Hyd / Mum / Bnglr
NOTE: Fivetran or Matillion experience is must to have
1. 2+ years experience with Matillion, Design and Develop/Review ETL programs primarily using Matillion, Python
2. 2+ years experience with Fivetran, Experience developing and deploying ETL / ELT processes and documentation including physical data model, source to target mappings, ETL / ELT packages
3. Strong experience(at least 6+ years) in ETL.
4. Ability to develop scripts (Unix, Python, etc.) to do Extract, Load, and Transform data using Data Factory.
5. Ability to develop ETL pipelines in and out of data warehouse using a combination of Python and Snowflakes SnowSQL
6. Experience in AWS Glue. (Nice to have)
7. Ability to provide production support for Data Warehouse issues such as data load problems, transformation/translation problems, etc.
8. Familiarity with Azure infrastructure and the ability to integrate
9. Ability to understand data transformation and translation requirements and which tools to leverage to get the job done
10. Ability to understand data pipelines and modern ways of automating data pipeline using cloud-based and on-premise technologies
11. Strong understanding of various data formats such as CSV, XML, JSON, etc.
12. Actively test and clearly document implementations, so others can easily understand the requirements, implementation, and test conditions.
13. 6+ years experience with relational database technologies (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, or similar)
14. Working knowledge of data quality approaches and techniques
