Job Description
Payroll responsibilities/accountabilities:
4. Managing time office and maintaining leave/attendance records for the purpose of payroll computation of employees.
5. Coordination and management of entire payroll function.
Employee Relations:
6. Handling Grievance of employees at various levels.
7. Updating the employees from time to time about the company policies and changes if there is any.
8. Involved in resolving issues faced by employees on a day to day basis ranging from salary to reimbursement queries regarding leaves and appraisals.
HR Reporting:
9. Provides and coordinates the Human Resources monthly report to DGM HR
10. Maintaining MIS, HRIS reports
Administration:
11. Supervising administrative activities like general admin, verification of stationery stock, petty cash, courier, housekeeping, etc.
12. Need to handle back office operations, inter-office correspondence, confidential mails, quotations, monthly billing, cheques, etc.
13. Managing repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipments, appliances, furniture, furnishings etc.
14. Ensure safety of office premises as well as employees. .
