ROLE

Responsible for monitoring the milk procurement in respect of Quality & Quantity and input activities with an objective to achieve the business targets and also responsible for operation and maintenance of assigned units apart from procurement & input activities.

KEYRESULTAREAS:

1. Identify the sources to procure quality milk in the area of operations.

2. Procure budgeted Quantity & Quality of milk and achieve the business targets.

3. Responsible to Optimize the Landed Cost of Milk within the budget & Assets Management.

4. Coordinate and Organize Inputs & Extension activities in the area of Operations.

5. Ensure periodical preventive maintenance schedule of the Plant, Machinery & Equipments.

6. Ensure effective Utilization of Manpower (D&ID) & Optimization of Operational Cost.

7. Ensure to maintain Plant Safety, Hygiene & Sanitation.
