"Responsibilities
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
Identify use cases for automation in collaboration with client
Rollout automation
Develop logic to measure the effectiveness of automation
Strong knowledge in ETL and data handling
Good experience in scripting languages (Preferably Python, Java)
Should have good experience designing, developing, and supporting automation framework
Ability to architect the automation process
Skills with reporting and dashboard development
Should possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Skill:
Excellent communication skills
Good Scripting knowledge
Broad understanding of Cornerstone, Taleo, ICIMS tools
Good Team player
