We are looking for Senior US IT Recruiters with dynamic potential, professionalism, passion with a go-getter attitude, excellent communication, US IT recruitment skills, and expertise.
He/she should be able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment that is metrics-driven.
The ability to multitask and prioritize at any given time would definitely grab our attention. Candidates looking for a long-term stint would be preferred.

Shift Timing: US Time Zone- 08.30 AM EST (07.00 PM IST)
LOCATION - HYDERABAD, NOIDA & MUMBAI - ON-SITE ONLY
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for handling IT requirements from US-based clients.
- Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
- Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, JobDiva, LinkedIn), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
- Well-versed and responsible to handle requirements of all US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc. especially on C2C.
- Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
- Responsible working with VMS/ MSP requirements | Implementation Partners/ System Integrators.
- Responsible for Coordinating fulfillment of other formalities such as background check, drug test, etc leading to joining post-placement.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
- Must have the capability to work with a team or individually.
- Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ recruiters/offshore team.
- Updated about technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends.
Skills Required:
- Have at least 7+ years of strong experience in US IT Recruitment
- Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
- Must have experience in dealing W2/C2C with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B candidates.
- Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Negotiating Rates, Attracting Referrals, Using Internet-Based recruiting Tools, etc.
- Ability to understand the technical requirements and submit qualified consultants' profiles on time.
- Proven successful sales record in the U.S Staffing industry.
- Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.
- Must have experience in hiring all levels of technical candidates.
- Ability to work as a good team player, screening, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
- Sound knowledge of IT concepts and the latest trends.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must have experience in Effective usage of Internal Systems / Databases, Job Portals, Postings, and Networking within the desired time frame.
- Graduate from a recognized University B.E./ B.Tech (preferred)
- Confidence to work independently and a good team player
