Job Description:
Daily and Weekly Responsibilities
- Understand each job description and come up with creative ways to recruit the best talent for our direct clients, prime Vendors, implementation partners.
- Develop and release job postings on platforms, such as social media and job boards
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business
- Sourcing & screening resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
- Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships
- Follow up on interview process status and update records in the internal database
- Responsible for End to End Recruitment cycle of IT consultants in USA
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Any Graduate / BE (IT/CSE) (MBA HR Not must but desirable) having excellent communication skills having complete exposure of the US Staffing process.
2. Excellent sourcing, screening and negotiation skills.
3. Strong work experience on w2.
4. Proficient with job boards, posting, sourcing, searching skills.
5. Ability to utilize various facilities of ATS for search of prospective candidates
6. At least 3 years experience in US IT Recruitment with good organization.
7. Well versed various visas and their status w.r.t. to work authorization
Type: Permanent (Full Time)
Location : Indore
Work Days: 5 days a week - Monday to Friday (Permanent night shifts)
Timings: 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM
