Shift Timing: US Time Zone- 08.30 AM EST (07.00 PM IST)
LOCATION - HYDERABAD, NOIDA & MUMBAI - ON-SITE ONLY
Roles n Responsibilities
- Should be able to independently handle the entire recruitment process from understanding the requirement, sourcing, screening, negotiation, submission, interview set up, and final placement.
- Negotiating & finalizing rates on per hour basis for W2, Corp-Corp candidates.
- Submitting quality consultants to Account Managers with a quick turnaround time to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition.
- Proactive status reporting to Delivery Manager.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submissions into placements
- Updating Application Tracking System like Job Diva in real-time.
- Experience in hiring hourly, salaried, and subcontracting candidates.
- Ensure all processes are in place and all job requirements, company policies, and affirmative action guidelines are met.
- You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
Job Requirement:
- Candidates with strong US IT Recruiting skills of at least 3 - 7 years of experience
- Highly experienced C2C volume recruiters.
- Experience working with VMS/ MSP requirements | Implementation Partners/ System Integrators.
- Good understanding of US geography and time zones
- Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, H1B, EAD, TN permit holders & all types Visa Holders
- Experience working on all the Tax terms (W2, Corp to Corp & 1099) - especially on C2C
- Expertise using job portals like Monster, Career Builder, Indeed, Social Media, etc
- Experience in placing candidates on short and long-term contracts as well as on full-time permanent jobs.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to suit US standards with excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
- Comfortable working in Night Shifts
- Proactive, self-driven, highly motivated, and aggressive towards making placements
- Graduate from a recognized university Esp.B.E./B.Tech (preferred)
- Confidence to work independently and a good team player
