We are hiring for US Staffing - Junior/Senior/Lead Recruiter for our company Sunrise Systems located in Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore

Position: Jr./Sr./Lead Pharma Recruiter - US Staffing

Location: Bangalore, INDIA (Currently offering complete REMOTE (WFH) opportunity)

Job Description:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Should have excellent communication skills, Good interpersonal and team coordination skills
• Be creative to identify avenues to search candidates and keep active database ready for client requirements.
• Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high volumes basis.
• Require active co-ordination with business accounts and efficiency in feedback management.
• Proactively source, identify & qualify the best suitable candidate for client requirements.
• Should be well versed with W2 tax term, Should have worked with direct clients only

Duties & Responsibilities

• Working experience in Pharma accounts for 1 to 7yrs
• Working with MSP/VMS accounts is a plus
• Having a Biotech degree & understanding on Clinical terms is a plus
• Experience in delivering clinical, professional and engineering placements
• Should have experience handling a team & would be able to manage working from home
• Meeting targets and SLAs on daily/weekly/quarterly basis
