Solution Architect - Partner Enablement @ Blue Yonder

Overview:

• Seeking an astute individual that has a strong Supply chain background to be part of Blue Yonder Partner enablement team to train partners implement and support customer projects. The individual will have decent knowledge of industry best practices, will work with cross functional teams, will have the ability to implement Blue Yonder supply chain solutions and enable partners successfully implement customer projects.

Scope:

• Ability to train the partner resources and bring them up to speed on Blue Yonder products (ESP and SOP) so that partner can implement Blue Yonder projects successfully for customers.

• Ability to work with Partner teams to ensure smooth and efficient implementation and integration between technical and functional system requirements.

• Assists Partners in planning efforts including detailed project plan task detail (work breakdown structure) based on the specific phase/need of the project

• Ability to assist partner in faster go-lives using agile methodology

• Communicates and/or supports the business cases to PMG and PD regarding specific trends for future product functionality and enhancements.

• Provides advice to partners or customers regarding industry best practices and process methodology

• Serves as a techno functional liaison and attends and contributes to key meetings between Blue Yonder and partner project team.

• Has knowledge of either Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP), Order Promising, Sales Operation Planning (SOP) or Demand Fulfillment or Factory Planning, Supply Chain planner or, Transportation Manager, Warehouse Management solution.

• Has knowledge of AI/ ML algorithms in supply chain

• Participates in customer business process analysis of Blue Yonder solutions or design/construction phase of the Blue Yonder project with partners that leads to writing functional specifications.

• Works on development of functional specifications for modifications, interfaces, reports, and screens that meet the customers business objectives and are of sound design.

• Understands how Blue Yonder solutions (IO, OP, SOP, FP, SCP, ESP, TMS,WMS) can be configured to better facilitate client business processes (ensuring ability to design, execute, and deliver).

• Always conducts oneself in a professional manner with Blue Yonder partners, customers and internal associates.

• Ensures the security and integrity of corporate assets and intellectual property.

• Ensures compliance with the internal and external company policies and procedures

• Completes assigned and agreed to work within the allotted time and with a high level of quality

Responsibilities:

• To execute Partner enablement which includes: Delivery of Partner Product and Implementation Bootcamps Help Blue Yonder University to create Training content Collaborate with PD and PMG for content update (Release notes, version documents, latest collaterals etc) Disseminate latest product documentation to Partners as and when needed Conducting Interview and provide evaluation on Exoneration candidates for accreditation Collaborate with Alliance Managers for bootcamp demand collection and collation Maintain and update the Partner Consulting Packages Collaborate with Services Sales and Alliance Managers for Package fine tuning and effort estimate to embed the package in partner proposal during sales cycle

What we are looking for:

• 5 - 8 years of hands-on experience, as a business consultant providing supply chain solutions for customers required. Either a customer of Blue Yonder or as a consultant implementing Blue Yonder solutions for customers preferred.

• Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics or Operations Research preferred. A combination of Bachelor s degree and relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of advanced degree

• Relevant solutions consulting and implementation experience with other leading supply chain planning solutions such as Oracle, SAP, or leading ERP may be considered.

• Strong business analysis skills, understanding and usage of statistical algorithms, SCM concepts, awareness of tactical planning on overall supply chain required

• Relevant industry certification from APICS will be a plus

• Current or prior experience working in Management consulting organization or Supply Chain Center or Excellence settings preferred

• Skill set and availability requirements as per the organizations needs

• Knowledge in performance tuning techniques is added advantage.

• Provides guidance to Support Services in responding to base technical issues.

• Understanding and experience with the technical requirements for the product line assigned.

• Understanding of Database structures. Understanding of various technical platforms and infrastructures.

• Understands Blue Yonders product suite to convey relationships and touchpoints to the customer.

• Works with appropriate parties to ensure issues are resolved.

• Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for user and management. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills required

• Travel readiness on requirement basis
