Job Description
BASIC FUNCTION:
The Social Media & Digital Marketing role is responsible for assisting the organization in the generation of marketing collateral and marketing campaigns specific to healthcare applications. The role will include direct engagement with team leadership and solution-specific experts.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with the leadership team to refine social media strategy and best practices
Assist in managing social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) and editorial calendar to ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging.
Prepare weekly updates and reports to track growth and success rates of campaigns.
Ensure messaging is being properly executed online.
Identify business leaders (internal/external) and engage them in brand activities.
Assist with Lead Generation activities and sourcing with the sales team.
Assist with website development, proofing, and updating as needed.
Manage and promote webinars.
Recommend and implement design functions to keep the websites attractive, creative, and ranked high on internet search engines.
Recommend a strategy, manage, and implement search engine marketing to maximize website traffic
Work with delivery and sales teams to drive content creation.
Assisting with the creation of Press Releases and related documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate with strong Digital Marketing experience
Working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google AdWords.
Understands and can utilize emerging platforms, digital media, and web/social media management and measurement tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
Working knowledge of Video Marketing/Corporate Branding and Video Editing.
Working knowledge of Social Media Marketing, specifically LinkedIn.
Working knowledge of WordPress, managing WordPress Plug-ins
Working knowledge of Email Marketing and Clickback functionality
Excellent writing and editing skills
Excellent technical skills and knowledge of PowerPoint, Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, Word, and Excel
Ability to take initiative, employ good judgment, and manage projects from beginning to end
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Exceptional ability to manage multiple deliverables
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to meet deadlines and to anticipate next steps or business needs
Work effectively both independently and as part of a greater team
