Job Position Garage Supervisor
Salary in Bahrain Dinar BD 350 + OT
Salary in INR 67K
Accommodation will be provided by company.
 
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Manage, implement and supervise daily operations with the garage
Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance of fleets by creating maintenance procedures
Analyzing faults, supervise and coordinate activities of Automobile mechanics engaged in repairing, adjusting, servicing
Provide technical assistance and work direction to support personnel
Supervising mechanics and workshop labors
Implement and monitor cost cutting measures by managing stocks of supplies and spare parts
Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and maintain overall safety in the facility
Train, supervise, and evaluate garage staff
Prepares repair reports and vehicle requests.
Work special projects as assigned or required
Perform activities, functions and other related tasks and duties as assigned or required

Specifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a Degree or Diploma preferably in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
Should have at least 5 years recent experience working in a preferably road construction environment as a Workshop Manager or Workshop Supervisor.
They should have excellent technical knowledge and the ability to write technical reports, work within budget and communicate effectively.
