Job Description

• Develops high-quality code oversees team members performing these functions.
• Establishes and adheres to schedules and deadlines. Reprioritizes assignments as necessary to meet deliverables.
• Tests, debugs, analyzes and fixes application problems/issues. Works closely with stakeholders to fix issues in a timely fashion oversees team members performing these functions.
• Follows the Agile lifecycle process. Suggests and implements techniques for software or development process improvements.
• Reviews requirements or other project work and provides guidance for improvement.
• Researches and remains informed of new technology and development tools.
• Anticipates problems and future technical needs and takes necessary steps to address issues.
• Encourage others to seek opportunities for different and innovative approaches to addressing problems and opportunities facilitate the implementation and acceptance of change.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

Required Experience:

• 2-4 years software development experience including project research, design, and development utilizing the C#, .Net WinForms.
• Experience in OOPS Concepts, XML, IIS Configuration
• Experience with SQL Server, T-SQL Coding.
• Experience with Visual C++ coding coding preferred
• Experience with Azure preferred.
• Experience with Agile preferred.
• Financial industry experience preferred.
