Desired Candidate Profile
SR. EMBEDDED SW DEVELOPER ( Embedded C++ & Linux ) BANER - PUNE Experience :
Skills required:
Proficiency with more than 5 years of relevant experience on embedded C++ & Linux. Experience of the following:
- RTOS.
- Embedded C.
- Controllers with 32 bit ARM architecture.
- Protocols like I2C, SPI, USB, TCP, UDP.
- GCC Compiler (Native as well Cross) and GDB. Understanding on makefiles.
- RDBMS like SQLite, MySQL.
- Linux Shell Scripts and hands-on Linux command line executions.
- Device drivers, embedded Linux, BSP customization.
Knowledge of the following:
- SDLC process.
- Defect management tool.
- Unit test for the functions.
- Tools like Tortoise SVN, JIRA, Doxygen, Git.
- Software architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with QT application Development (familiar with QT Core, QT GUI, QT Widgets, QT QML, QT Creator IDE) will be added advantage.
- Knowledge on Python scripting would be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of Analog and Digital electronics.
- Good knowledge on agile software development process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, development and functional testing of business requirements/use cases.
- Use cases and design to quickly deliver new features and fixes for the applications.
- Diagnose and resolve highly complex level issues of application.
- Participate in interactions with all levels of personnel with different teams.
Soft skills required:
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Good time management skills.
Educational Qualifications:
- B.E. / M.E (CS/EE) or equivalent higher level degree.
- Post-graduation in embedded system design will be added advantage.
