Cloud Architect @ Towards vision

We are looking for a Lead Cloud Telephony Architect to join our team working out of our Gurgaon office. This is an excellent career opportunity for a professional with an impressive architectural design background, hands-on experience and excellent interpersonal skills.
This position is an individual contributor and reports to the CTO
Responsibilities
Define, architect (design), and implement enterprise telephony solution in the cloud
Hands-on Architect, who can not only articulate and drive strategies, but can also drive the vision to success.
Identify the top cloud architecture solutions to successfully meet the strategic needs of the company
Leads strategic engineering standards, design processes and procedures on projects with agility, scale and automation in mind.
Collaborates with larger organization to develop and evaluate new technologies and their viability based on the infrastructure roadmap
Work closely with peers, business leadership and product/platform team to ensure highest levels of operational excellence and provide continuous improvement.
Understands life cycle of technical project and provides leadership in executing them to completion.
Mentor colleagues and peers and provides high levels of customer service experience.
Create a well-informed cloud strategy and manage the adaption process.
Regularly evaluate cloud applications, hardware, and software.
Should ensure the security, compliances and certifications as required for the cloud platform
Respond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications

5-10 years experience with Hands-on experience of designing and building cloud based SaaS platform (multi tenanted system)
Experience of Cloud Telephony Systems (with knowledge of IVR, ACD, PBX, Dialer) and CRM
Very good understanding of scaling a cloud platform
Have rich experience in back end systems like Node, MEAN stack and GO Lang.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or relevant field.
Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work.
Excellent knowledge of cloud computing technologies and current computing trends.
Effective communication skills (written and verbal) to properly articulate with various team
