We are looking for a QA lead who has strong hands on experience in Manual & Automation Testing to lead our young and growing QA team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Understand the business requirements, application design and it components of multiple projects that the team is working for providing support and guidance for quality delivery.
• Design Manual and Automation test plan, test strategy, and identification of automation scope for functional and regression tests
• Design and develop high quality manual and automation test scripts by adhering to the best practices, working with architects and the team members
• Create and maintain test automation resources
• Define and follow the Defect management process
• Work on multiple projects. Understand the testing needs in each project, define test strategy, Automation test Framework , mentor and guide the QA team in each project for excellence in quality.
• Work closely with developers and architects and maintain good relationship with all
• Help organization in RFPs.

Desired Skills

• Proven experience in developing automated test systems using Selenium web driver for web application projects.
• Ability to create scripts beyond record and playback using Java/ C#/Java Script. Should have experience in developing functions, adding control flow logic, loops etc
• Ability to implement and develop automated test scripts for web applications primarily using Selenium WebDriver
• Experience in developing and maintaining test scripts for cross browser
• Ability to learn and implement new technologies as required
• Experience of designing and implementing test frameworks (TDD/ATDD) and strategy for choosing automated testing tools Awareness of OO programming.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Nice To Have

• Experience working on Cloud Technologies
• Understanding of Agile Scrum and SDLC compliances
• Experience working on Database queries

Education:

UG:   Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:  Post Graduation Not Required
