Desired Candidate Profile

Job Description

Designation : Associate Software Engineer

Qualification : Any Degree

Eligibility : 2016 to 2019 Only

There will be a Probation Period of 6 months , during this period you will be paid a Salary of Rs. 8000/- Per Month
After completion of Probation, the CTC will be Rs. 1.2 Lakhs to 1.8 Lakhs Per Annum depends up on the Candidate Performance.
The candidate should sign up with a Service Agreement for 2 years
The candidate should pay a Security Deposit of Rs. 50,000/-, (Refundable after 2 years) on the name of KUNCHAM Software Solutions Pvt Ltd on or before the Joining Date. The same will be LEGALLY DOCUMENTED on a bond and handed over to you.
If the candidate breaks the service agreement, the Security Deposit wont be refundable.

Required Candidate profile

Good knowledge on Core Java, Collections, Servlets and JSP.
An understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle as well as the business approach for the product.
Candidate should have Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
Candidate should have very Good Logical and Analytical Skills
Ability to work in a team as well as an individual
Ability to work under pressure and maintain deadlines
Knowledge of open source tools and utilities
Ability to understand project requirements
