Resource Manager Deposit Mobilization
Job Essentials Domain Knowledge:
- The candidate should have extensive experience in the Banking / NBFC.
Specifically, in Retail Banking, and Operations.
- Sound understanding of the financial services (banking and NBFC) market and
regulatory environment in India.
- Additional experience in capital markets and debt markets / and working
knowledge of NBFC sector would be valuable.
Skills
In-depth understanding of the economic and business environment in the banking
industry
- Expertise in areas such as Business development / Target Setting, Stake
holder Management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Good leadership qualities.
- Clientrelationship management and account managementskills.
Experience in handling mid to large-size HNIs.
- Excellent peoplemanagement skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Power Point.

Responsible for generating and mobilisation of resources such as NON
Convertable debentures,
Building relationship with HNI Customers
Follow up to clients invest in muthoot non Convertable debentures.
SIP, PMS, NCD, Bonds, Securities, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Equity, Demat, wealth
products

mobilizing deposits from public via multiple instruments for further
lending)
