Desired skills:
1. 1 or 2 years experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in International BPO.
2. Must know how to close their own calls. Good communication skills.
3. Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad.
4. Ability to handle customer's issues and provide accurate resolution.
5. Should be flexible working in night shifts.
Salary :
Negotiable (based on experience and last/current drawn CTC) plus attractive incentives.Immediate joining preferable.
