Desired Candidate Profile


We are looking for Sales Engineer for our organisation. Candidate must have proven track record in the Sales / Marketing field wherein candidate from Fasteners / Automotive Industry would be preferred.

Jobs and Responsibilities:
  • Achieve Sales targets as per quarterly, half yearly and annually
  • Reviewing Asia Pacific incoming orders (Commercial and Technical) as per established guidelines.
  • Checking the requirements in specification sheet against the technical specification in order entry document and bulletins i.e. product versus service compatibility
  • Ensure special instructions in the order and its attachments. 
  • Provide BOM for fasteners to factory for costing purpose.
  • Check the drawing of each component as per client requirement.
  • Coordinating with different Factories for the production scheduling.
  • Forming strategy to meet on time delivery.
  • Helping procurement team for material selection.
  • Raise internal order requisition to overseas factory.
  • Provide timely response to factory.
  • Assuming the role of Order Entry Coordinator.
  • Visit client factory for getting new orders and do customer service.
  • Ensure collection of payment as per supply.

Required Candidate profile

Education & Experience: 
  • Should have a Degree in Mechanical Engineering 
  • Must have 1+ yrs. of experience into Fasteners / Automobile Industry
  • Freshers can also apply. 

Skill Set Required: 
  • Should be a self-starter with a track record of meeting and exceeding aggressive sales targets.
  • Should be fluent in English, writing and speaking.
  • Demonstrable experience of technical sales and/or business development working in a matrix sales environment.
  • Demonstrable ability to build trusting relationships and conduct business with cultural sensitivity.
  • Strong presentation skills and inter-personal skills.
  • Ability to create new opportunities through effective interaction and solution development.
  • Pro-active communicator natural sharer of information and collaborator across teams.
  • Should have strong customer orientation.
  • Commercially knowledgeable intuitive about the market and quick to deliver relevant end user/customer feedback to the concerned team.
  • High level of personal integrity, commitment to hard work and working in an open collaborative manner.
