Understanding the Project requirement and sourcing, screening profiles from various sources that suits the project requirements.
Briefing Candidates regarding the Job Description, Company Profile and Career Perspective
Interview coordination with the project team and feedback collection.
coordinating with resource post selection process and extensive follow up till joining.
Coordinating Joining formalities and documentation of new joiner.
Preparing report and tracker on daily basis.
Maintaining database of candidate called, rejected and offered for future requirement.
