Job Description

Responsible for on-time delivery of clients requirements
Sourcing and screening resumes from various sources (Naukri, LinkedIn, Internal Database (RMS), Monster, Times job)
Understand client and job profile thoroughly from TL / Manager.
Required to discuss on every position along with candidates queries with Managers
Scheduling the interviews of screening shortlisted candidates
Continuous interaction with the selected candidates till the offer rollouts and follow-up till candidate joins and completes 3 or 6 months in the company
Raise invoice of joined candidates on time
Daily updating MIS, CDS
