Job Description
POSITION: Trainee / Executive - Guest Relation, Sobha Ltd. Pune
PLACE OF POSTING: Pune
REPORTS TO: GM - Marketing
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Any Graduate & preferably an MBA in Marketing.
WORK EXPERIENCE
0 to 6 years of experience of which the last 1-2 years in GRE function of well-known organizations.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy individual, Fresher or who has worked with well-known organizations, with proven track record in Guest Relation. Should possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to deliver the results.
Detailed Job Description :
- Client Interaction - Project Presentation to client.
- analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
- Manage and coordinate Sales & marketing activities at site
- collaborate with the sales function
- Maintain Database - Sales Report/Inventory/Broker, CP Performance/Booking analysis.
- Maintain MIS-Daily Walk-ins.
- Send Daily Sales Report to Regional Office.
- Client management and timely updating them on various offers by company.
- Maintain & Update IN & OUT Documents with proper records.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team and other departments.
- First Point of contact for the walk-in clients at Sobha Nesara Project Kothrud.
- Have to share the Project details with the clients and answer all the queries of the project
- Handle the customer requirement at site and share the details to the STM accordingly.
