We are looking for a PMO resource highly skilled on project management skills.
The candidate must possess knowledge relevant to the functional area, and act as a subject matter expert in providing advice in the area of expertise, and also focus on continuous improvement for maximum efficiency. It is vital to focus on the high standard of delivery excellence, provide top-notch service quality and develop successful long-term business partnerships with internal/external customers by identifying and fulfilling customer needs. He/she should be able to break down complex problems into logical and manageable parts in a systematic way, and generate and compare multiple options, and set priorities to resolve problems. The ideal candidate must be proactive, and go beyond expectations to achieve job results and create new opportunities. He/she must positively influence the team, motivate high performance, promote a friendly climate, give constructive feedback, provide development opportunities, and manage career aspirations of direct reports. Communication skills are key here, to explain organizational objectives, assignments, and the big picture to the team, and to articulate team vision and clear objectives.
Role and Responsibilities:
Coordinate/Manage internal team and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
Oversee reporting, planning, and auditing.
Work with senior stakeholders.
Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filled and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
Work with Senior Management to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
Identify and address problems and opportunities within cross functional processes
Build alliances and partnerships with existing and new clients
Prepare & present client facing weekly/ monthly/ quarterly business summary reports
Technical and Functional Skills:
Project management certified on any tool
6-7 years of experience on any of the email automation tool (SFMC, Marketo, Adobe Campaign Manager, Hubspot )
Communications: Good communication/articulation
Able to work with limited guidance and drive projects
Flexible with work timings- EMEA/ AMER
