JD for Customer Service Representative.
Educating the customers to use The Porter's service following a prepared sales pitch to give information and value proposition of our service.
Day shift support to assign logistic vehicles to desired clients given their request.
Database entry and management
Determine requirements by working with customers
Resolves customer query / Complaints / problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
Acting as a direct contact between the company and its existing and potential markets
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts; explaining new features
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
No Of Requirements :
English - Hindi - Kannada

English - Hindi - Tamil
Job Details:
Rotational Shifts from morning 7: 00 am - 11:00 pm.
Work From Home Module - Candidates ready to attend training and attend calls for 9 hours should only be scheduled.
2 week offs in a week - If in peak time & peak season if the call volume increases, One week off will be canceled & the employee will get one day pay.
Laptop / Computer & WIFI connection is mandatory.
Salary offered for freshers is 14,000
Highest paid salary will be 19,500
Candidates with proper documents will only be considered, Hike on the salaries will be given as per the previous in hand salary.
Note : Candidate should have Laptop / Computer & WIFI connection. It will be a work from home concept because of the pandemic situation.
