Job Description:
- Lead the online marketing and growth across 15+ countries by owning the lead to conduction to conversion funnel and lead the performance marketing team of marketing associates and designer's.

Description :
Responsibilities:
1) Performance Marketing:
- Lead a team that runs performance marketing campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
across difference geographies.
- Create and optimize performance marketing campaigns
- Analyse performance and maintain performance dashboards
2) Landing Pages and Conversion Funnel :
- Design and A/B test landing pages
- Work closely with the product teams to optimize the conversion funnel across web and apps
- Create drip marketing flows and communication to improve conversion
3) Data analytics and campaign optimization :
- Create a analytics funnel to help analyse costs and optimize campaigns
4) New Channels and Partnerships:
5) Affiliate Marketing
Profile :
- Must have 10+ years of experience in online growth and performance marketing for a high growth consumer tech start up/Internet firms or from a top performance marketing agency.
- Experience in running international growth campaigns is highly desirable.
- A highly analytical and brand mindset.
- B.Tech or MBA from a Tier-1 institute would be highly desirable.
