Profile:- Team Leader (Tele Sales)
Qualification:- Any Graduate
Experience:- Minimum 2yr as TL (Tele sales On paper)
Salary:- upto 40k Inhand + Incentives
Location:- Delhi, Indore, Chennai, Kolkata
Job Responsibility:-
Skill set required- membership selling, tele sales experience, must have worked on target.
Set Sales Targets and Motivate Sales Team. .
Prepare Sales Reports.
Manage and drive sales team target and performance
Develop the sales team through coaching and training and identifying skills gaps
Ensure regular feedback is given to Sales Agents with regards to action plans
Drive the focus on improving the customer experience on every interaction through call
listening, quality
Dive sales teams performance on systems and all metrics in accordance to the contractual
obligation
