Desired Candidate Profile
Expertise in defining processes for test plan and several phases of testing cycle.
Excellent leadership qualities. May be required to travel abroad to US
Experienced to manage the team and making sure delivery, schedule, status reporting, defining risks contingencies and plans are properly communicated with client team.
Expertise in Functional Testing, Automation Testing and Test Methodologies such as Software Development Life cycle(SDLC), Waterfall, Agile and Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC).
In depth knowledge of ProjectTest Management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, Rally Test Management, Microsoft Test Management (TFS).
Experienced with documentation of Test deliverable such as Test Plans, Test Strategies, Test Cases, Requirement Tractability Matrix, Test Execution Reports and Defect Reports
Education:
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG: Post Graduation Not Required
