Job Description
Point of contact for customers when things are not as expected in the suite of MigrationWiz products. In discussing and understanding the customers problem, the CSE demonstrates extreme empathy for our customers. These Engineers are responsible for quickly triaging, responding, and guiding the customer to help them move forward in their migration projects. They operate in a fast-paced ever evolving environment all while providing industry best customer service on a consistent basis.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as a prime responder, generating ticketing system email support , remote support as well as outbound phone support to resolve customer issues and maintain customer satisfaction
- Provide appropriate migration software system support (MigrationWiz) based upon issue complexity
- Ability to investigate and troubleshoot known and unknown issues
- Timely response to customers via BitTitans ticketing system while adhering to SLA requirements and measures
- Contribute to the achievement of internal and external SLAs and customer satisfaction
- Address and answer customer questions regarding product capabilities
- Identify and resolve issues as related to data (email, document, contacts, and calendar) migration
- Document policies and procedures into a knowledge base environment
- Seek feedback and facilitate discussion for making decisions, changes, or refinements
- Demonstrate expert knowledge base in solutions and customer environments

- Two years in IT support related field or minimum two years' experience in system (Messaging) administration preferred
- 2+ years of relevant experience (Must have messaging experience to be considered)
- Expert knowledge of email/networking protocols (e.g.: SMTP, EWS, NRPC, IMAP, DNS, and RFCs)
- Knowledge of email & collaboration platforms (e.g.: Office 365, Exchange, G-suite, Lotus Notes, GroupWise, Zimbra, etc.)
- Solid track record of troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
- Experience implementing troubleshooting or debugging tools
- Skilled oral and written communication
- Skilled in working collaboratively, courteously, and tactfully with difficult situations and/or people to recognize issues and solve problems
- Respects confidentiality of all information related to customers' Personally identifiable information (PII)
- Passion for providing great customer experience
- Willingness to develop professional
- Should be open for Night Shifts too
