Profound knowledge and expertise of Scrum methodology

Ideally Scrum certified

Profound knowledge of Scrum artifacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Incremental Development)

Understanding of basic Scrum roles (Product Owner, Scrum Master, Development Team)

Profound knowledge about Scrum KPI's (Velocity, Burn- down charts)

Experience in organizing Scrum related meetings (Daily stand- up, Sprint planning, Backlog refinement, Sprint review, Sprint retrospective)

Ideally knowledge and experience with Kanban

Proven track record of managing (distributed) agile teams for at least 7 years

Experience in resource planning and management for at least 7 years

Excellent collaboration skills and experience with the collaboration of business stakeholders

Excellent prioritization skills

Ability to identify and proactively eliminateimpediments for the development team

Hands- on mentality

Ability to communicate, discuss and escalate topics to all hierarchy levels

Excellent communication skills

Very good verbal, presentation and written English skillsTools Experience

Confluence - mandatory

Jira - mandatory

Continous Integration and Delivery (git, Jenkins, ...) - mandatory

Microsoft Office Tools - mandatory

Planview Enterprise - optional

Enterprise Architect - optionalQualificationsBTech ( CSc, IT, Electronics preferred).

Certified Scrum Master - preferred
