As the Cyber Security IDAM Architecture Lead, you will lead Identity and Access Management including MFA, SSO, PAM service domain solutions, architecture and delivery. The ideal candidate will be well versed in all areas of IAM (like Microsoft AD / ADFS, / IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator (TDI), Oracle (OVD), etc. and other directories like, LDAP, ODSEE, etc. Experience in Audit for the IAM and compliance knowledge.
He/she must be passionate about the field of cyber security IDAM track and able to think strategically and operate tactically. The candidate must have in-depth security experience and be able to effectively scale and tailor security services/solutions to unique and challenging business use-cases. This role requires a strong leader who views the cyber security architecture as an extensible platform deliverable to a highly diverse and dynamic family of brands.
Responsibilities
- Performing the full range of IAM operational activities including Sail point configuration.
- Sail Point Identity (IIQ) 7.x & 8.x, including Life Cycle Manager (LCM) and Compliance Manager (CM), all Sail Point IIQ modules along with installation and upgrade experience.
- A good understanding of IAM domains such as Access Management, Identity Life Cycle Management, Privileged Access Management and Reporting.
- Expertise in User Provisioning, Access Certifications, Access Request and Password Self-Service in Sail Point Identity.
- Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management, Single Sign on (SSO), and security concepts.
- Understanding of common authentication standards (OAUTH, SAML, SSO OPENID, etc)
- Experience in performance tuning, configuration, support, and troubleshooting.
- Work closely with business teams and Develops teams on for activities related to supporting the IAM service offering.
- Post production support for Privilege Identity Management, design, implement and test PIM and integration with the Application/target system, security policies and configurations.
- Interacts with clients, managers and partners to build and nurture strong relationships
Qualifications:
Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience
10+ years of experience with security Solutioning and process integration preferably within an enterprise organization in IDAM / IAM stack
5+ years of experience with security architecture and engineering of IDAM / IAM, MFA, SSO technologies
Must have excellent communication, documentation, and customer facing skills
Education and Training
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineer or similar disciplines
Have effective Security Certifications like CISSP, CIOTP, CCSA, CCNA Security, or DCPP
