US IT Recruiter (Night Shift)
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India
Job description
- Must have sound experience in USIT Staffing/Recruitment/ 3-8 years experience).
- Well versed with all kinds of US Visa and Tax terms (W2,1099 and C2C)
- Experience in Recruiting consultants on Corp 2 Corp, 1099 Basis for Contract, Contract to Hire, and Fulltime positions.
- Responsible for End to End recruitment.
- To line up potential candidates and screen as per the client's requirements.
- Sourcing the relevant profiles from the various job portals as per the requirements.
- Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US.
- Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client.
- Analyzing Searching, Calling, & Submitting consultant profiles as per client requirements from different sources like job portals, references, networking sites, etc. as required.
- Conduct initial screenings, reference checks, negotiate pay rate, relocation, coordinate client interviews, and work with the Account Managers to close the position.
- Responsible for maintaining and communicating candidate follow-up and status update on a regular basis.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment and work independently.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Desired candidate profile:
Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.
Familiar with different US Tax terms.
Experience recruiting from various domains.
Experience in VMS/ Direct client-based US Recruiting.
Proactive, just-in-time recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high-volume basis.
Traditional and Out of Box Recruiting Strategies to close positions as per Client needs.
Good understanding of both domains based and technology-based recruiting.
Ability to use Boolean search strings to identify qualified candidates utilizing multiple recruiting sources.
