Job Description

Below are the Duties & Responsibility of the opening -
- Facilitate smooth coordination between students, departments and other personnel.
- Sourcing and engaging faculty and maintaining faculty databases.
- Co-ordinating with faculty to conduct student workshops.
- Assist in managing schedule, classrooms and instructional supplies for workshops and other study programs.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive academic support program.
- Provide guidance to students on academic goals and educational issues.
- Prepare and maintain student records.
- Address and resolve the student issues, if any.
- Assisting faculties in all the academic related matters.
- Coordinating with concerned educational bodies for academic and examinations related matters.
- Preparing academic calendars for all the programs.Generation of student id cards.
- Following up with Institutes for pending selections
- Sharing Batch updates What is working and what is not working, batch performance rating, student attendance with the University Partners
- Providing reports/information to the University Partner as and when required, e.g., Schedule, exam, results, course feedback survey report, etc.
- Handling queries of candidates/students over mail, phone call, or email
- Coordination between studio team and University Partner for question papers, exam-related instruction proctoring report, etc.
