With us you will be responsible for
- Responsible for handling Pre Onboarding & Post Onboarding formalities
- Responsible for engaging with different stakeholders & solving queries
- Responsible for engaging with new joiners for onboarding formalities
- Consistent follow ups with stakeholders for closure within specific TAT
- Preparing & Maintaining MIS related to new joiners & payroll
- TAT maintenance & Grievance handling of employees
- Responsible for delinquency management
- Process compliance
