Job Description

Our Treasury team play an active part in creating a positive energy and atmosphere and seeking out someone who has strong teamwork skills. We are seeking a highly-skilled Manager-Ind AS Accounting to join our Finance team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Completing Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit and Cost Audit in time without any major audit objections/issues.
- Supervising the preparation of MIS reports to provide feedback to top management on financial performance, viz. fund management, credit control & profitability
- Steering the implementation of internal controls on financial reporting and ensuring their compliance, Release of standard costs monthly in SAP, actual costing month wise.
- Consolidation of accounts and group Reporting as per IFRS
- CAPEX Appraisal for New Investments Proposals,
- System Implementation to cater Ind AS requirements
- Ensure timely preparation of management packs/ reports as per Ind AS
- Co-ordination with the Statutory Auditors and to ensure timely completion of Audit.
- Ensure timely closure books of accounts (monthly & quarterly), preparing annual financial statements and disclosure in Notes to Accounts

Desired Candidate Profile
- Relevant experience of around 5-8 years
- Experience in Financial reporting - Indian GAAP / Ind AS
- Understanding of Ind AS accounting standards
- Understanding of RBI Reporting & Finance Control Compliance
- Working knowledge of Indian GAAP accounting standards/ Basel requirements
- Working knowledge of Risk functions including provisioning
- Experience in Policy Formation in compliance with RBI/ Ind AS guidelines
